I was referred to this location by a good friend of mine. The service advisor Liz Taylor was fantastic!!! No high pressure sales, just the facts about what service I should get done. I also met the service manager Brad who educated me on rust protection warranty. I know I am in safe hands at this location. Keep up the good work, you folks are awesome.
Once again Toyota Pickering has showed me that that's the only place I need to go to service my car. I wanted a quick easy fix so I walked into Mr Lube to change over my winter tires to my summer tires. Long story short they tried to charge me almost $800+ for 2 new tires plus the service, my tires are brand new but they told me for safety reasons I needed new tires. I had a great experience at this location with Ryan the service advisor. He was very respectful, patient , and was able to resolve my concerns. He took the time to explain everything. Paul the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was also amazing and explained everything so thoroughly.

After 50 plus years of driving and 10 different car dealers, none of which were Toyota, I cannot say enough great things about Pickering Toyota. I returned today and had a battery installed while I waited (No appointment) reduced cost and free installation.
We bought our Rav4 through Aisha. It's an amazing experience dealing with her. She worked very hard to get our vehicle as quick as possible. She treated us like a family. I would highly recommend people to ask for her when you want to buy a vehicle from Pickering Toyota. Great dealership and great experience.
