My 2014 Toyota Matrix has received excellent service since I purchased it in 2014 and is still running beautifully thanks to the superb and knowledgeable staff. This car has only ever had maintenance service regularly…no major issues. A great car and a great service team.
They spelled my name wrong but courteous service advisors, paid more than expected welcome to 2023.
I always get my car serviced from Mississauga Toyota! As always, the service is always outstanding and within the set timeframe as mentioned by the service department. Most of the time the service has been taken care by Matthew Piazza (Service Advisor). A really wonderful guy taking care of all the service issues regarding my 2018 Camry. service advisor Michael was great. Got oil change done but noticed that windshield washer fluid was not topped up. Not a big deal but this is the second time this has happened. It makes me doubt if they actually checked or lubricate hinges and check wipers etc since they didnt top fluids for the second time even though it is stated on the receipt as done. I paid 110 dollars for an oil change so the least they can do is actually check what they write down on the receipt.

Very pleased with the service I received. The staff were extremely helpful when I found that I didn’t have my credit card with me. Very helpful when I needed to get the bank to withdraw payment. Great customer service. Sorry about the four star review on price,but that’s always a given when you have to part with your cash. Lol. All staff.....great service even if I didn’t get all your names.
