Can’t imagine anyone rating your dealership with less than 5 stars. I love how they take care of their customers and customers vehicles. I don’t believe there is any other dealership would offer you such service. It’s not a one employee great service, no. It’s all staff working on the same level, delivering excellent customer service. We just bought a 2026 NX 350H from this Dealership. We were totally impressed with all aspects of this purchase. Jonathan was excellent and honest. Highly recommend him in Sales. Then onto Kelvin for the financials , again very pleasant and not high pressure and then of course Jonah whom had the patience and the skills to get us through the all of gadgets on the Lexus. We felt special and appreciated with all the staff.
4-star is on the “Dealership”. Moustafa is a 5-star product advisor/sales rep. Special shout-out to Moustafa Hanafy who was the key to my overall positive experience at Lexus of Calgary, and who worked above and beyond in getting my car delivered.) I just purchased a brand new 2025 Lexus ES350. My salesman was Yazan who was very helpful explaining what cars were available. Once decided on a vehicle he walked me through the paperwork. Megan in Finance explained everything regarding extra warranties that were available and help me make those choices with ease.
