Mostly pleasant experience, I did purchase, but I almost walked away when the “manager” offered me a ridiculous amount for my trade in! He said I needed a brake job, as the brake light was lit on the dash… well, the parking brake was on and that illuminates the brake light on the instrument cluster. This guy should not be a manager of any dealership! Other than his ignorance, I was happy with the sale.
Today I was at Jim Pattison Toyota north shore for recalling appointment . I am very satisfied and happy with the amazing service that I received . Mo was very welcoming and patiently arranged my car programs . I had to go to my work in west Vancouver so he got a taxi for me and after that when my car ready he ordered another taxi for me to come back there . He is so professional and suggested when I should go back for the next visit. Thank you Toyota and thank you Mr. Mo For an exceptional experience!

Amazing Experience Life is an experience and it’s so important for me to have every purchase like an experience! I wanted to go and have a test drive for Toyota Four Runners. Misha was the salesperson and he explained all the information I needed to hear to make my decision! The test drive was amazing but When I told him I need time to think, he was not pushing me at all! EXCELLENT service by everyone What a great experience Kesh was very professional but made you feel very comfortable. He went way above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone. We shared the same birthday and because I picked my 4 runner up on my birthday they had a cake for me. That’s pretty awesome
