Sales staff were very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. Overall my purchase was effortless.
I love my infinit and only came to the dealership to get work done on my tires. The work was good but the overall experience was pretty unprofessional. The guy I dealt with was friendly but did not call to inform me that my car would take a whole week instead of the promised 3 days. I also found it really difficult to navigate the infiniti/Nissan dealership since infiniti had so few employees but the Nissan employees weren't particularly helpful because my car is an infiniti.
