Received excellent service from heffner toyota. .My service advisor Chen gave me excellent communication and worked hard to repair my vehicle.
Arrived at 10:30 yesterday and was met by Grace . From that point on the, Grace treated us like family. Extremely cordial, and helpful in getting us signed in. She explained what the service entails including all costs. She also recommended a few other issues to which I agreed. After having a very pleasant conversation, including a number of laughs and pleasantries, she directed us to the shuttle booth to arrange a trip to the mall. The shuttle attendant and the coffee staff were also extremely pleasant.
Had an appointment for 7:30 am today, arrived at 7:15 and doors opened immediately and I was welcomed by Grace, a friendly Service Advisor who has always been very helpful. My Venza was in the shop before 7:30 and the service work was completed before I had finished my coffee! Great service! I have always received personal professional vehicle service provided by Heffner’s team, beginning in 2003!
I have been dealing with Heffner Toyota and Jerry Smith since 1982. This is my fourth car have bought from Heffner and Jerry. Have always been treated with the upmost courtesy and professionalism. They are always most helpful even with the most trivial questions. Highly recommend this company, Their employees from front office reception - through all departments.
