Purchased a new Rogue back in 2018 at Guelph Nissan and when we decided to upgrade to a larger SUV my wife was in for service and saw all these 2026 QX80’s on the lot. Been dealing with Guelph Infiniti since 2009 and have seen them evolve over the years. Their level of service is second to none and while I love my Infiniti, it's the service that keeps me coming back. Shout out to Mike Hendriks, Andy Anderson and Gord Wood and all the other amazing team members who make the magic happen.
Been with GI since 2017 for two vehicles. Always have a moment when there to talk with Andy & Mike who are representative of the dealership's service & goodwill.
Used to be better. Service went down since infinity and Nissan are together now. On my last visit I mentioned that my lug wrench is missing, someone from the service team said oh we only use our tools (not in a nice tone). I only mentioned it cause I thought every car comes with it and also because Infiniti has done my tire changes from all seasons to winter tires and winter to all season tires.
Had a great experience with Andy @ Infiniti and the entire staff. Made me feel comfortable about my purchase.
