The Grande Prairie dealership is great Friendly, helpful and professional staff in every department. We especially want to shout out about Chelsea Carr Hilton. She is spunky, funny, great sence of humor and above all very knowledgeable and professional. We immediately felt comfortable with her and bought our meant to be Murano SUV. Grande Prairie Nissan provided a seasonal tire switch over from winter to summer tires. They were able to accommodate my busy work schedule and the tire service was provided seemlessly. The tires with rims were securely stored on site which meant I did not have to lug tires! I just had to show-up. In addition, the service department scheduled the shuttle service to look after my transportation needs during this time. This item also accommodated my busy work schedule. Raf is the only man I trust to work on my car, which is a 2024 Nissan Z. He was friendly, professional, and allowed me to be a part of the process as much as he could. He gave me all relevant information with no extra probing, kept me in the loop, and worked weekends, when that was the only time I was able to come in. Absolutely love this guy, I don't trust anyone to drive my new car, except him. Thanks again Raf!
