A great service at Forbes Toyota yesterday for my regular service, swapping my tires and cleaning inside and out.. An excellent experience!! We purchased a new Rav4 at Forbes Waterloo Toyota. Our salesman was Adam. We found Adam to be friendly and professional. We were not pressured and felt very comfortable dealing with him. Adam was new in the job and asked for our patience a few times. Adam has answered all of our questions promptly, since taking possession of our new vehicle. We were also treated well by Alfonzo and Nikolas. We would highly recommend this dealership.
My tire was looking like it was losing air. I contacted Forbes Toyota who said that if i go there within the next 15 minutes they'd take care of me - as it was almost 4 pm. I made it, they fit me in. It turned out I needed a new tire which they didn't have at the store there so got me a shuttle home with the promise that they'd deal with it first thing in the morning. I felt very well cared for. We bought our first Rav4 Hybrid from Forbes Toyota, their service was excellent, team members were very professional, honest and caring about our expectations. The whole new car purchasing experience was excellent and will always go back to Forbes for future needs.
Lucky we go in to Forbes. Sales Tony Lamond helped us find the perfect car! He took the time to listen to our needs and had several quick recommendations. We loved being able to look at it and test drive it. He teaches me a lot to get to know the car. And the whole experience took less then 2 hours. We were so happy we got a very good deal. I got into my Toyota Prius at home, and when I pressed the power button, everything on the dashboard flashed and vibrated. After a few tries, I realized that I was going nowhere in that car; the battery was dead. I have driven their hybrids for 13 years and never had a problem.
