When i picked up my new car, it had damage on the bumper. Service was amazing with me. They quickly ordered in a new bumper and had it fixed quite quickly once it arrived. I am very pleased with the service I received at this dealership.

Just picked up our new Murano! We have purchased several new Nissans, but this is our first from Finch Nissan on Oxford Street in London! Demetri Mills was our sales associate and man, does he know his stuff! He is kind and passionate and gave us all the time we needed! He set up our phones and explained everything we needed to know about our new car! Finch is so lucky to have such a knowledgable sales associate!! We rate him 10/10! Have a Nissan Kick on lease. Lease finishes April 2026. We go to Florida in October, and put the car into storage until we return in April 2026. Asked if the lease could be cancelled early ( I did that in 2023 with Woodstock Nissan). Finch said no to the cancellation. As a result, when the lease matures in April, I will gladly return the car, in new condition with about 26,000kl. I will not be doing any more deals with Finch.
