Appreciate the professionalism of the dealership and the excellent customer service. But it’s tricky to know whether to book in for an appointment or to use the Express maintenance option as both can have long wait times. Guess it’s time for an infrastructure update!

Was relatively pleased with the dealership and the salesman. However, two weeks after I was in possession of the vehicle I experienced some issues with the remote access. I called the dealership and requested a consult with the dealership individual who reviewed the vehicle when we were on site. I left two voice mail messages for a call back and never received one. That was disappointing. I did eventually solve the issue myself, not without frustration.
They treat me well, i get a loaner if i need one, my car is washed when i pick it up, and the service tech either Thomas or Derek knows my name and i can joke with them. Good experience overall.
