Service very good and on time. Tony Chow was very efficient and pleasant. However prices are much higher than Toyota dealers just outside Toronto. Orangeville Toyota was more than $ 400. cheaper than Downtown on an $1100 job.
My service advisor is Gurneet. He is absolutely wonderful. He could not be any better. Even the other service advisors nearby are all friendly and helpful even when your appointment is with another advisor Lamar has been the sole person working out the few interior rattles in my 3 RAV4s and infotainment issues. I have bought 3 current generation Rav4 from this dealership. After my most recent purchase Aug 2024 I received a call from Judy Hsu, new car sales manager. She following up on my purchase ensuring everything is fine. What a great call to receive. She is a recent hire and I did not get a call from a manager from my previous two purchases. Recently, on 2 separate occasions I brought my vehicle for service to Downtown Toyota. My Service Advisor, Gurneet Grewal, was professional and extremely proficient on both occasions.
