I had my winter tires removed, and summer tires put installed. I was informed by my service advisor, Sherry that my vehicle was due for an oil and filter change, which are I agreed to. Uber drop me off at home and also pick me up on completion of the job which is done on time I would like to thank both Adam and Sherry for helping in my service issues. Everything was done on time as indicated when my vehicle was dropped off.

I am so happy with Destination Burnaby that I come from the North Shore for all my service needs. The experience from booking, service, communication to payment is a clear, concise, smooth process. The staff are friendly, kind,, and efficient. I feel like I get a personalized, honest experience while there and as a single older woman I really appreciate that! It’s like how service used to be! Cheri , in service is a super human with a super heart! I give my last experience a 15/10! Can’t wait for my pre order car to come in!
