I have two 2010 Lexus vehicles that I take to this dealership because of the great service reps... Maddi, Mat & Phil. They are straight up with the servicing but also give me options. If it wasn't for them, I probably would go to a private garage to get cheaper shop rates but they make every experience a pleasure.
Always friendly and efficient service. I have dealt with 2 other Toyota dealerships in the past 20 years and Burlington Toyota is hands down the best. Always happy to refer them.

Matt in service was outstanding. The battery warning showed on my dash Tuesday (Dec 2) afternoon, I called Toyota and was told by the service manager the next available appointment was Dec 19. So I drove to the service bay the morning of Dec 3 and was greeted by Matt. He told me the alternator was bad, and to leave the car with him. He called at 3:30 the same day and said it would be ready for pick up at 5 pm (the same day). What and awesome experience. THANK YOU MATT!!! Bill Korporaal, a very happy customer
I bought my car there in 2010, and I've been going back for all scheduled and unscheduled service ever since. I've dealt with various members of the service team over the years (Tom is my current service person) and have always found them all to be professional, courteous, and even fun. Thanks, everyone!
