I own a 2018 Nissan Altima. Service team is awesome to deal with. Very experienced service manger with years of experience in automotive. I trust in Dave, Sidhi, and the technicians to properly diagnose, fix my vehicle, and provide information on how to properly maintain my vehicle, even in -30/-40 temperatures. TERRIBLE issues with service. Can't get parts, and wrong parts ordered. It took almost 4 months for a windshield and I'm still waiting on a block heater after 2 months of waiting, when the they should have checked to make sure the damn thing worked when they listed the car. Unacceptable. It's not just an issue with the dealership either, the entirety of Nissan has supply chain issues that have caused me nothing but a headache. If I could return the car I would and I would never buy from them again.
I bought a brand new Nissan kicks about 3 weeks ago and after a week driver side glass smashed for no reason, there ain't no other cars or anything that cuse any damage to the glass. After I went there to ask for changing glass, they told me they won't cover and I have to pay about 1200 for glass and replacement. The only reason I bought a brand new car is to Don't pay more money for fixing it but had to replace the glass just after a week. So there is no support after buying your vehicle. Have that in mind
Went for help with a passenger air bag light was given excellent service from Dave in service. He saved me a ton of money and got me in fast, so glad I went to Yukon Nissan!
A very disappointing after sale service experience with Yukon nissan. A new Kicks, with the operwtiona manager telling me that they cant always be relied upon to infrom customers of when service/maintenance is requires - they get busy amd stuff happens. Resulted in two separate trips to the dealer, 2 weeks apart from out of town, in -40. Really shouldnt have to be this hard, and the approach from the Operations Manager would not have been acceptable in any team or organzation I have been part of.
