I recently purchased a pre-owned Kona with Dino and Amar's help and guidance. I appreciated both of their straight forwardness and kindness. I had done my research and knew what I wanted, they understood that and did not try to change my mind or 'up sell' me. Due to having a rental and a busy work schedule, I needed the car available for me ASAP- they definitely made this happen. I am thankful to both Dino and Amar for such a great and easy car buying experience.
Recently purchased my 4th vehicle at the Woodstock Dealership. It was a pleasure dealing with Dino. Very knowledgeable, friendly & answered all my questions. Didn't rush me & no pressure whatsoever. Vehicle was ready on time. Loaner vehicle was provided when I didn't have a car. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I will shop here again when I'm ready for my next vehicle.
We just picked up our 2026 Palisade Hybrid and were so happy with the whole experience at Woodstock Hyundai. We had been to many dealerships before we bought with Jerry and Amar. They made the experience seamless- explained everything without rushing us and helped set everything up in the car to our customized settings. Alert buyers!!!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hyundai Woodstock. As a first-time car buyer, I clearly informed Ramy, the Finance Manager, about my situation and trusted his guidance. Unfortunately, the entire process felt misleading and unprofessional. Updated review: After dealing with another Hyundai dealership who was wonderful I have decided to change my review here. Not only did I find out this specific Hyundai dealership wrongfully added “COVID prices” to my Tucson, they also had my warranty in someone else’s name. I wasn’t provided my gap insurance documents at the time of purchase or my warranty papers leaving me with an absolute headache while dealing with the total loss of my Tucson.
