Luke was good at helping us pick the best rav4 awd. We wanted the XLE but we did not know it didnt come with sunroof so he showed us the premium model which had sunroof. Thanks to him

I responded to their advertisement for a Rav4 Plugin SE car for sale and in-stock. I received an email response that the car was here and to come in. I reconfirmed that it was in-stock and drove over. Upon arrival told me they havent had this car instock for a while and that I should look at the Rav4 Plugin XSE which was 60K$. I reluctantly agreed. Even went for a test drive. Returned to the sales person's desk and was thinking of buying it even if was 10k$ more than what I came for.
