I had wonderful experience here and I had a lot of work done. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and the techs went above and beyond. Eric tuned my 1972 FJ40 and had it starting and running like new! Brandon changed my timing belt and tensioners on my 1996 Hilux Surf and brought other issues that needed addressing to my attention. Dropped in as overlander with a 2017 Hilux with worn wheel bearing and leaking shock. Worst Toyota experience ever. They managed to order wrong shock and break a brake bleed valve, so my truck was struck for 3 weeks in Whitehorse. Also charged double Installation time as normal for bearing job. After only 10000km the wrong installed retainer at the bearing gave up, so i need a new one again. Got many of services done here. Staff is always friendly and polite. But work on vehicle is not good. However, I have any many occasions dropped off my car and had to sit there for hours to find out they had never even started working on my car, couldn’t find my appointment, etc. I lived a few hours out of town so that was extremely difficult to manage. Posting this to help others in the North make an informed decision. I purchased a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid here. In Yukon winter conditions, this vehicle requires extra equipment to function properly: a block heater, oil pan heater, and trickle charger, and ideally a heated garage. This was not clearly explained at the time of purchase. After a -40°C cold snap, my car was completely dead even though it was plugged in all day.
