I had a great experience with West End Nissan. My sales person was Thomas and I also dealt with John G in Finance a lot as well, as we had to find something suitable to my budget but also a vehicle that suited my needs. They were able to find the right vehicle in my budget range (which wasn't a high budget, and I still felt valued). They arranged a delivery of my new truck to my Northern Alberta community which was a huge bonus.

I had. a good experience with.WEN as I was in for an oil change and the Tech noticed an oil leak in the front transfer case seals. Alyssa informed me of this and said it should be fixed and it would be covered under warranty. We went ahead with work. I was offered a loaner car and the work was done. The Tech was very knowledgeable and explained the problem. I am very impressed with Alyssa as she was courteous, informative and all work was done without problems. Very happy with Nissan service.
