Very satisfied with this dealership especially with sales consultant Lauren Roberts and Spencer for securing the exact CR-V that i wanted. The whole staff are very friendly from sales to finance and to parts/service. We showed up without an appointment after being extremely disappointed at the Toyota dealership where we had an appointment to view a RAV4 but our appointment fell through the cracks and we felt rushed to get in and get out. I have purchased 3 Honda vehicles in my life, all with West City Honda, and really, only one every 10 years. They are just so reliable.
