We were drawn in by an online promotion and a sign on top of the car we wanted, but the advertisement was misleading! We are deeply disappointed and do not recommend this dealership.
Just bought a used Rogue from their used car lineup and it feels like I bought a new car from their dealership. Even when I was still shopping, I was welcomed and accompanied throughout the experience. Kudos to Benjamin for a smooth sales process, his patience and follow-up call after delivery,to Kevin for the clear financial info and to Marie-Sophie for her kindness and professionalism throughout the delivery process. Been going there for 3 years since I got my quasquai. the customer service and work on my baby has always been phenomenal from the mechanics ( Saeed and his collegues) that are so helpful and honest; to Ajay (former service manager) , Bilel the new service manager, the receptionist and other employees.
