We test drove Rav 4 and Camry hybrids. Sam Choi was open, friendly, professional professional, informative and very generous with his time in allowing us extensive test drives . But in the end we went with a completely different vehicle. The vehicle turned us away from Toyota, we would have been very happy to work with Sam. So thanks Sam, sorry it did not work out.
My experience with Toyota on the Trail was exceptional. I bought a used vehicle from them from my home in Saskatoon. Mohammed my sales person was great at communicating in a timely manner and very professional. A carfax and thorough in house mechanical inspection was provided to me along with in depth photos. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was exactly as described. Bennie in Finance was very professional and easy to deal with. Overall a pleasant experience.
