I recently purchased my first Toyota at Toyota on Front. Richard Clements was prompt at replying to my info requests on line and he met me personally the next day to show me the car I was interested in. We had a great test drive of a fantastic 2017 Rav 4 and within an hour or so, I was signing the papers! The great service and friendly atmosphere made this experience really smooth and easy to manage. Thanks to Richard and the team for making me a new Toyota owner. No regrets.
I drove all the way from Barrie to this dealership and it was well worth the drive. I dealt with Telal and let me tell you, aside from my love for Toyota, he was the second reason for my purchase of my 2017 Corolla. After going to many dealerships we finally ended up At Toyota on Front. Since signing our first Car in 2017 we have had the best experience. Recently decided to update our car and switch from a sedan to an SUV and the level of professionalism and approachability is absolutely outstanding. Even if you bring you screaming baby during the entire negotiation :) For personal reasons we needed to sign our documents sooner than expected and the team did everything possible to make it happen.
