This dealership was very helpful and friendly when purchasing my Grand Highlander. There was an incident with the vehicle as the vehicle was scratched while the protective coating was being applied. The staff were all very apologetic and helpful and the scratch was fixed and removed so the car was in mint condition by the time I picked it up.
