Great service overall A big thanks to Robert. He was very helpful in explaining what all of my options were pertaining to my brake service. He didn't try to oversell getting my brakes done, as they were good enough to take me well into the next service, I appreciated that as my finances are limited and if he had advised me to get them done instead of waiting, even tho it would have been a hardship, I would have had them serviced. If customer service is important to you-switch to Toyota I have been a 14 year customer of Toyota.. not all dealerships within the family share the top cukture at our local dealership in Squamish. Be sure that this is a superior product with low maintenance cost...my truck has 180 000km on the clock. But also, the service is personal and local staff bedn over backwards to go the extra mile.
