I didn't go into the store but had to share this. I stopped inside the Newburgh Walmart on Sunday and was passing through the movie/computer aisle and two spectrum salesmen stopped me and asked me who i have internet with. I said Spectrum and carried on before the salesman complimented me saying "Looking sharp, my man". Then, when I got what I was looking for, I was passing through again, holding an ab wheel, the same salesman complimented again saying "My man right here is getting locked in!". They where very busy and still got us in in a timely manner. Hubs was there for a new phone and they was able to get him taken care of with upmost satisfaction.
The most unreliable service provider in the area. My WiFi Randomly goes out on average atleast 2 times a month. Plus I pay 70 dollars! A month for 43mbps but I’m supposed to be getting 1gb. Never pay for this crap companies service I highly recommend you switch to a different provider that doesn’t offer shared loop systems.
The people here seem to be polite and helpful. I was there to return the old equipment I had recently replaced. The wait wasn't that long, I was up in less than 5 minutes. The service person who took my Walmart bag of equipment opened it up to start scanning the bar codes immediately. She seemed to know what she was doing. In the end, she asked how I wanted the receipt and I chose through a text message. I then went back to my car and waited for the text to come through. It didn't.
