We just got our fiber optic and wifi hooked up through Smithville and they did a great job. Travis and Will came out and worked together to get our service connected even though there was substantial snow on the ground. They were very professional to ensure they didn’t track into the house and vacuumed up the limited dust the created. Very happy customer.

Great local Internet provider. We just connected new fiber service at our home. Travis E. came out first and put the job together. TravisE. Ryan and Toby , Came back and delivered an excellent job was able to bury everything same day kept it neat and tidy. They made sure I had service working properly with our mesh system. They even terminated and put new network ends on the In-home wiring. As professional photographers, we love that fiber upload speed. We couldn’t be happier.

I received excellent service and quick attention from three Smithville employees. Gage quickly determined what my problem was and that a service call was needed. In less than 24 hours my technicians, Travis and Will, had me up and running after replacing the necessary equipment. Thank you so much. I hope there is some way these guys can be recognized!

Chris G and Toby were wonderful! They arrived on time, were very respectful of my home, and had a very positive attitude. They walked me through all of my options and didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything that wasn’t needed or I didn’t want. They even took time to help me fix my Wi-Fi Since I bought a new router a couple weeks ago. Customer service like this truly embodies Hoosier hospitality. Service like this makes me happy that I have Smithville as a resource.

You should be proud knowing that you have an employee named Will it’s out representing your company. He is very professional very knowledgeable and very personable.
