Sales Dept. In past 3 years we have acquired 2 new vehicles from this Dealership. Our experience both times was great. The Sales & Business Offices handled our transactions in a professional and prompt manner.
Above and beyond I had an after hours breakdown on a highway (tire). Called my dealer service rep who explained my options and went beyond to fix my problems with minimal grief.
Multiple sales and service experiences I have purchased 3 used vehicles from this dealer and had several service appointments. They have bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and have never let me down. I have also had their service dept work on another family vehicle (Non - Nissan) to my satisfaction. I find the staff friendly and have always been pleased with my purchases and repairs Bob O'Connell
a lot of excuses they make a lot of excuses when you tell them something is wrong they talk to you like you are stupid. nice people but thats about it
After my experience here, I may stop purchasing Nissan. In the over 20 years I have owned Nissan vehicles, I have never had such a disappointing experience. I called and booked an appointment for an issue diagnosed by my previous dealer right before I moved. The part was covered under the emissions warranty as well as my extended warranty. The previous dealer had cleared the code, however they confirmed with Smiths Falls that the part was ordered and the code had been cleared.
