I purchased my 2020 Camry from another dealership but have always taken it to Simcoe Toyota for maintenance. Dec 30 I started my car and a check engine light came up on my dash. I took it to Simcoe Toyota, unannounced and was met with a warm greeting. They were short staffed, but were able to take my vehicle for a diagnostic test. They discovered my battery needed replacing. Eric (service manager) was extremely professional and took FANTASTIC care of me. I highly recommend Simcoe Toyota for service!!!

Bought a 2017 RAV4 three weeks ago. Start to finish, our experience was perfect. Paul Burley was an amazing advisor and answered all of our questions. The vehicle was advertised with a hitch but there wasn't one when we test drove it. Paul said no problem and had a new one put on for when we picked it up. 1st Brand New Toyota! Just bought our very first brand new Toyota. I have been extremely happy with the friendly atmosphere of the sales and service staff. Right from the time I asked my first question Matt and Alice worked with me to help me understand the fine print. This was appreciated as I do not know a lot about cars! Buying over the phone Prompt customer service, and easy to do business with over the phone with. Excellent response to bring the car from Simcoe to Oakville. Quick, patient, and diligent when answering questions. A very smooth process buying a car over the phone I never saw or test drove. However no incentives, nor any special promotions or deals.
