Excellent dealership! I have recently purchased a new car from Russelle Toyota and the entire process was professional, easy and stress free. Previously I have also used the Service Department, Parts Department and Body Shop and always had a great experience. Everyone is friendly and honest. Not sure about the other negative reviews but my experience has always been excellent.
Took my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross for a safety inspection as I moved back to Ontario from out of province so needed to get a safety. I also took a Chevy Malibu for a safety at the same time for convenience. When I called to get the price of the safety, I was told $60 each. When I arrived at the dealer, they had me sign the work order and the price was $112 for each vehicle. I asked why the cost was so much. I was told that was the cost of the safety. 2017 Toyota Tacoma faulty transmission Turned in a leased 2017 Tacoma, it has a faulty transmission. It constantly shifts and can barely climb a hill without pounding down into fourth gear. Dealer attempted repair twice. First time no improvement, second it was worse. After several months of run a round they took it back. I left a tonneau cover on the truck, but lost a key fob. Don't trust them I took my Tacoma in for frame replacemt under warranty. After service it would shake at 80 - 100km/hr. I took it back and asked them to check the balance on the tires. $500 later after a brake job it still shook. They said more brake work was needed at a cost of a other $500. II went to a small garage who balanced the tires which stopped the shaking. no addition al brake work was required.
