We purchased a 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Race Toyota. We have been Toyota people for years. Our friends gave us a card from Race Toyota that they highly recommended. I have been extremely satisfied with the professional, meticulous attention to detail in the after sales service of my tundra. The reception has been more than accommodating in setting up appointments, along with the knowledgeable advice of the service manager, parts dept, and the technicians who performed the work. Awesome Dealership I have been bringing my Toyota Sequoia to Race Toyota in the past year for service. Each time I have been treated with dignity, respect and honesty. I have even been provided a free loaner car when my vehicle was in for a major service. Never have I been surprised by the bill, it was always exactly as quoted. Excellent sales and service I bought a used RAV4 in March 2017 from Race Toyota. What a pleasant difference between their dealership and Toronto area dealerships! Car was clean and serviced when we picked it up. They took my personal uncertified cheque when I paid and picked it up. Salesman Brian Maunder was easy to deal with: no BS, no high pressure sales tactics, & total disclosure of the vehicles history. We've had it a month now and couldn't be happier. Worth the drive from Pickering.

We are disappointed with the handling of of our vehicle repair and the lack of communication for it. At the last appointment the technician recommended that we get the brakes redone on the Prius under warranty due to warping. We made an appointment and agreed to warranty work, but there was never an estimate made for other costs that were to be charged, nor was there any contact to us to approve the extra costs that were on the invoice when the vehicle was picked up. I can understand how Race Toyota rates 60th The vehicle required an oil change. Race Toyota is closest Toyota dealership to my residence. I decided to call and make an appointment. It is 10 a.m.The call was answered by an individual that transferred me, upon my request to the "Service Department". Ring, Ring, Ring..Ring, Ring, Ring and then pickup by general voice mail.
