Another excellent experience with the Orleans Toyota. Yesterday I had an appointment to change my tires and get the general winter maintenance. Very impressed with the professionalism and personal touch I received by Zora and Matthew. Zora isn’t just about the sale, she takes the time to get to know her clients. I visited Orleans Toyota several times in the last month or so. All the minor problems such as front blades not functioning properly, were well taken care of. The service manager and other staff were very professional and keen to meet my needs, as usual. On January 2nd I had my side mirror repaired. We have just picked up our 6th Toyota vehicle (5 RAV4 & 1 Highlander) from Orleans Toyota. Our sales person Zora was simply amazing. She took the time to explain all the new features and everthing about our new RAV4 Hybrid Limited (our first time with a Limited, and 3rd time with an Hybrid). Zora is the best, she is very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with, plus she is bilingual! I've been dealing with this dealership for the past 4 years. Service, and now Sales. I have to say that I'm surprised with the other comments, because I have never received anything but great service. On my last visit, I traded in my Venza for a 2025 Crown.
