I had a great experience getting my new VW Tiguan! Tyler and Madison were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from finding the right vehicle to giving me a great trade-in deal. I bought a car here. Sales team was good. It's been in to service for regular maintenance and minor things. This rating is due to the service department. The girl working the service counter is not suited to this job. She gate-keeps access to people with knowledge, flat out refusing to allow me to speak with a tech with knowledge of my vehicle. She hides behind saying 'i'm not the tech' to avoid accountability, but then won't let me talk to them. She has yet to follow through with reasonable requests for small things like ... read more

I had a great experience with my parents to buy their second car from Orillia VW. I have bought a car from them and it is my parents second vehicle from them, and nothing but great experiences. Kalvyn was amazing, absolutely professional and still very personable. He showed great patience and care about us as people and not just as customers. Amazing salesman! 10/10 would recommend.
