Hate the two step service model. Example: Brake problem - Book an appointment for an assessment ($75 - 100). Confirmed a that brakes require replacement. Due to lack of parts inventory, parts are ordered and another appointment is required. Any other garage: Take your vehicle in and assessment- part of the fix is done, parts are delivered to the garage and vehicle is fixed in one visit typically. The added service visit at Toyota is extremely inconvenient and costly.
It was nice dealing with TIJU THOMAS for our Rav4 purchase. We really recommend him for someone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
The dealership was great from purchasing from ordering delivery and explaining all aspects from finance, warranty and vehicle operation. Brandon Landry Mcneil was awesome in sales and Elena in finance was wonderful.
Recently picked up a new Tacoma on Oct. 31 extremely excited with the truck this is my 3rd Tacoma since 2017 big shout out to Kaitlyn and Connie for all of their efforts and dedication in making the transaction flawless.
