I recently had an amazing experience at Northern Nissan! Ella, was absolutely amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Cameron, was also great to work with and helped ensure everything went smoothly. Excellent customer service all around, highly recommend!
I dropped off my Rogue for an oil change in the morning and I kept informed of all issues and updates that need to be done in real time throughout the day. That is awesome customer service when I picked up my vehicle at the end of the day they let me know what the plan was for the part that were required and their replacement. As usual picked up a clean car and left feeling grateful for the great staff at Northern Nissan

I recently purchased an SUV from this dealership. I dealt with the "Sales Manager", CAMERON QUENVILLE, for the actual sale. The "extended warranty" and "rustproofing new technology" that lasts (5) years was purchased through the "Financial Services Manager". Both gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with!
