Do not buy a car here!! I dealt with Roberto Gismondi, Karen Cousineau, Kevin Thorne and Fehim Zeneli. They all have very poor communication skills and zero accountability. I was spoken to in a disrespectful way numerous times, treated like an inconvenience when I was just trying to buy a new car and did not receive even bare minimum customer service. I wanted to share my wonderful experience with the Nissan Sarnia team. My 2017 Rogue had a worrying cranking noise, Nissan Sarnia diagnosed and fixed it quickly and reasonably. Michelle was especially helpful, guiding me through everything with care. I truly appreciate their honest, efficient service and highly recommend them for reliable and affordable car care.
I went in with a "whirring" & came out with a "whirring" (& $1000 poorer), yet a simple YouTube search indicated what the cause would be. When the brakes & rotors are being replaced (said cause), does it not make sense to inspect the wheel bearing as well considering the noise was why it was taken in? Assuming it was the brakes & looking no further was neglectful. Disappointed in overall experience. Bought a car at Chatham Nissan before moving back to Sarnia in 2020 and moved my service business to Sarnia as well. I have regretted that with every appointment I've ever had there. I have not had a single oil change / service there where the service desk staff were minimally friendly. Always made to feel as though I was interrupting them and being an inconvenience. Karen the finance manager was absolutely amazing she made us feel welcome and listened to our concerns and worked tirelessly to get us a new vehicle. Also the sales person Danny was absolutely amazing funny great customer service and very attentive when showing us how the new car worked again thank you so much
