I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with the service department at Newmarket Infiniti. My 2021 Infiniti is under extended warranty and I received an official recall notice from Infiniti regarding a safety issue in the engine. The letter clearly stated that if I noticed any abnormal behavior, I should contact Infiniti immediately. Over the past couple of months the car developed serious issues. On Saturday July 20 I accompanied my friend to New Market Nissan/infinity since he was thinking of leasing a Nissan Rogue. We had an appointment with one the best sales people I’ve ever met named Julio. He explained everything regarding the technical aspects and as well as the pricing in a such a professional and honest manner that my friend leased the car right at the spot without needing for a second thought. I don’t think a customer has to be forced to do a test drive in order to get pricing. I’m entitled to shop around for a vehicle and get prices that work best for me before doing a test drive. I’ve been leasing and financing for many years with different dealer ship and this is the first time I’ve experienced this situation. The manager Tomas did not agree to give me a final price because I HAVE to do a test drive which is ridiculous. Don’t force your customers to do something they don’t wish to right at the spot.

I recently had my Infinity vehicle services at this dealership for the first time. What I liked: During my visit the people at the reception and the service rep were nice and genuinely interested in me as a customer. The service was performed as promised, though it took longer then initially promised. My vehicle was always washed before delivery.
