Wonderful experience overall, everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful, quick to diagnose any issues with the car. The maintenance was done quick and efficiently. Very understanding staff through and through. Extremely great with their prices. Mr. Indr was especially helpful through the whole process, overseeing everything and making sure I got the best deals they had available. Would heavily recommend people to go to their store and save money and time, as opposed to wasting efforts at a mechanic or a dealership.
I had such a great experience at Mr. Lube (Dufferin & Steeles location) that I felt I had to share. I went in because I thought I had a leak in my tire. Sarb kindly asked me to step out of the vehicle and sit comfortably in the office with my baby while he worked on the car. He even offered me tea or coffee and told me to let him know if I needed anything. Aman provided excellent service today. He was patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before proceeding. The work was done quickly and professionally, and I left feeling confident about my vehicle. Really appreciate the great customer service — highly recommend!
Super friendly team at this location. Not too pushy with the required upselling. Provided an abundance of information about different oil types, etc, when asked.
