Great Deal! 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum Wayne McGinnis, worked out a great deal for us. Wayne took the time to explain the vehicle history and all it's features. He also worked out a deal where he would get us out of our lease with no penalties. I was pleased with his no pressure sales approach. He took the time to listen to any concerns and made us feel comfortable with our purchase.
great dealership have bought several cars and trucks over the years from these guys. my opinion is they are one of the best dealerships around .service centre is awesome, i have never left there with anything other than quick efficient sevice and never pushed for any extras. Great Service! Friend staff, and fast service! Didn't buy my Nissan there however going there for service since day one. Mike (Service Manager) has been great, very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Even today, on a Saturday when they are super busy - I went in without appointment and requested Mike to fit me in as planning to go on a long drive next week. As usual, Mike accommodated and got my vehicle done with in 40 minutes! 5 star service
My car broke down on the way home and I was towed in, without an appointment the guys at the dealer did a pretty good job of getting me back on the road. they were'nt able to fix it right away, but they put me in a loaner car and had mine fixed the next day
I brought my car in for service at Milton Nissan and was quoted $7,500 for a laundry list of repairs. When I said it wasn't worth it, they offered me $500 for it as scrape. I drove down two driveways to Kal Tire and was quoted $1,700... It's been a year since Kal Tire fixed my car and it runs perfectly. Never going anywhere near Milton Nissan again.
These guys have no problem to sell the vehicle with missing parts or "fixed" by the nylon ties as long you not able to see it (underbody).They can even certified it and assure you that there is nothing wrong with it.
I was at Milton Nissan today for a service appointment. This dealership has a very unwelcoming and unfriendly environment, it’s always been this way. The lady at the service desk excluded. Ashley acknowledged me and was able to fix some issues e.g. after the service the message “service needed” was still on the screen and the sticker with next service schedule was incorrect, you would think that they would at least pay attention to this.
