Nicolas from service assisted me and was the best! I had a ‘Check Engine’ light that appeared and he made sure it was taken care of. They provided me with a rental while my car was being looked at, offered to even drive me home. Went above and beyond. I was completely reassured everything was smooth and easy getting the other car. Service and follow up is not their strength had a 9:30 appointment for a 60 minutes job I was told at 2:30pm called theme to get an update on my vehicle, just got rolled in she said…. I ask please send the shuttle to get me please I’ll wait at the dealership, I was told it will be there soon to pick you up I’m 6-8 minutes away That’s been a hour and a half of me standing by the doors waiting for the shuttle.
