First time I've ever had my car hand washed free of charge after a multi-point inspection & pil change, all for less than $80. I've been here almost a decade and I've never enjoyed such service. Topped up my coolant, checked fluids, changed my engine oil and STILL washed my car!!! They have my business going forward!!!
Poor communication from the service advisor — he didn’t seem to know what he was doing and didn’t communicate with me properly. Nissan did not fix the problem, so I had to go to another repair shop. They ordered the parts through Nissan and installed them for my SUV.
Just took my Armada in this past weekend for a fob issue (stopped working) as well as a rear hatch issue (would open sometimes, but inconsistent). The vehicle was inspected, and I was informed that my rear hatch wiring had corroded. To get it fixed, it would have cost over $7000. I agreed to have my fob fixed, some other services (power steering and brake line cleaned/serviced/refilled), for $1200. All good when you're buying a car and promises the world, but after that, they aren't responsible for the brand new lemon they sold me Jan 2024. Do not buy a car from this dishonest, irresponsible dealership! Spent numerous hours every few months driving back and forth, waiting for diagnosis and then again for parts and again for several warranty repairs, some issues more than once!
