5 stars isn’t close to enough based off the honesty and compassion I received from Joe Dafonseca. I came in just looking at cars and ended up purchasing my very first car and I had an amazing experience. Joe was very honest about everything and made the experience very easy. Took my car here for brakes inspection only with a comprehensive warranty on my vehicle. Signed me for an initial total of 365 plus tax. Was called just within an 40 minutes after drop off saying my car needs replacement of rear rotors and brakes. Asked them to only do brake fluid flush for 150, the service guy Craig said they can’t as they have opened up all the brakes now, even they have not so I would have to proceed on with another 212 worth of service even when replacement was needed for the parts.
