Excellent telephone service from Jacob. Jacob went above and beyond to give excellent service, he was fast knowledgeable and just would not quit without making the extra effort. Thank you very much Jacob for such a wonderful service.
I do not recommend. If you have to go to a kia in quebec got to Saint Foy. The customer service was horrible. They laughed at me thinking I didn't know what I was talking about. I understand they are a dealership and not so much mechanics but if they have the same courtesy with the car buyers... anyway after being there for 5 weeks, I left with a worst car than I dropped off. They broke my driver side lock mechanism and apparently I need to spend 5000 for a transmission. They sure didn't tell me that components within the tr... read more
