Extremely disappointing experience. I had an inspection scheduled for a 2018 Prius Prime and even put a deposit down to hold the car. The dealership initially agreed to the inspection, but when the inspector arrived (after a last-minute rescheduling that wasn’t my fault), they denied him access and sold the car in the meantime. I lost both time and money due to their lack of professionalism. Sales agents are not pushy, very attentive to your needs and budget. You truly feel like they want to advise on the best purchase, not just trying to sell you. Highly recommended.

When it comes to Toyota it's the most reliable vehicle I've known. In June 2024 I decided to trade my rav4 2020 to get new 2024 BZ4X, I had a very bad experience from day one I went to pick up the vehicle, they were a lot of scratches inside and no explanation about the vehicle.
