I have bought 4 brand new cars in my lifetime. This is my first Hyundai, extended 8 year warranty included. We have had mechanical issues since day one and have had the car in the garage 4 times since (within 30 000km). They have let us stranded all 4 times, the last time telling my wife that « she can walk, we’re too busy with tire season. » (we live 30km away) I have took the time to sit down with the director who promised to personally take the matter into his own hands. My wife and I went to buy a second hand car and the experience was subpar. They took ages to process the financing after saying it was only a 45 minutes process. Days and days went by without hearing anything back from them. Calling was pointless, very nice application of the Hollywood principle, they never call you back. To add salt to the wound, they included a set of winter tires as part of the deal and the tires rim didn’t fit the car, and when we complained, they said they offered us tires not rims, the rims didn’t need... read more

The sales person, Fabrice, was great upon the first visit. When we finally agreed to go ahead with vehicles then everything fell apart. He was dishonest and when it was mentioned to him he became rude. The communication from both the sales and service was lacking -and that is being extremely generous. I would highly recommend you buy a car anywhere else, but not from Hyundai Lanaudiere. Love my vehicles super reliable cars but this dealer should be sold and new management come in because it was an awful experience.
