Positive : polite and well maintained Negative: They are doing a trick to claim more fee at head office. , and they waste our time for it. They do repair appointments and they dont have the parts in stock(basic part) so you loose 3 hr for them to find the trouble and you have to come back because they are too cheap to keep basic hynday parts in stock , so they claim 2 appointments instead of 1.
