Yes, they were very kind and the interaction was very helpful.
We had wait for about an hour before a representative was free to speak with us. This was despite having made an appointment the previous day. The representative was not helpful at all. After taking another 10 minutes wasting our time to get our information, he told us a deposit was made for the car we came to see 20 minutes before. He spent the next 15 minutes trying to get us to put a deposit for a more expensive car of similar model and higher milage that was in another branch which we didnât want.
