This place was great about 9 years ago when i got my 2017 and later my 2019 Execline Jetta. That lasted a few years, when Brad ran the place and Daniel was in Service. In the past few years it has gone to completely downhill. Constantly having to chase them for replies and consistent neglect from the service department including major water damage from rain during the summer 2024 when my car was on their lot waiting for a part that was on extended back order. The salesman we had Joni was helpful, explaining everything, searching for just what we wanted and never any extra pressure. The sales manager was great as well worked with my budget and never pressuring me about anything. The finance lady Teri was amazing felt with my million questions and stayed late to finish the sale and came in on her day off to talk to me when I had questions.
I recently visited the Volkswagen dealership and was very pleased with my experience. Emma made me feel welcome and comfortable.
