We were on a trip from Ontario in our new RAV4. We picked up a nail in our tire. We stopped in late in the day. Near closing time. They took us in right away and fixed us up in no time. While we were waiting we we were chatting with some of the service and parts people. They were super helpful and friendly. Really great people to deal with!!

Bought my first Toyota, a 2023 Hybrid Highlander, two years ago this month from Grand Toyota. I'm over seventy years old and have bought my share of vehicles in my day. Parts manager, Jase and Service Manager, Bill provided the best service possible! I needed a magnetic clutch for my Tacoma's air conditioner and Grand Toyota was the only location on the island with one in stock. With this being a common issue I was pleasantly surprised to see that this store had their customers in mind by having the parts available (the part was back ordered at every other location with NO ETA). My boyfriend recently bought a 2018 Toyota Tundra from Grand Toyota & the service we received was top notch. Josh was extremely patient and helpful through all questions, professional, & friendly! Susan was also phenomenal to speak with as-well! Will definitely be back when we choose to purchase another vehicle down the road!
