Bought 700$ worth of parts for a v6 Santa Fe timing chains and tensioners, ended up trading in the suv on a new one, didn’t need the parts anymore they wouldn’t refund them, they are still in possession of the parts they were never picked up absolutely no reason they cannot refund me

Bought 2023 venue off them. Call yesterday to buy another new car. Call 9am in morning was tough be called back right away. Never received Call just email. So responded to email to get them to call me. No Call. Not surprised everytime I put my car in fir service came out with new problems. There issues they never even looked at when brought in for service. But ilije hyundia so didn't care about the not so good mechanics tge have because I can fix most stuff myself. I called the dealership and explained a personal hardship with the hope they could fit me into their schedule before I travel over 400 kms to be with family. They quickly rearranged their schedule and accommodated me that same day with an oil change and a new set of tires. They promptly advised me of some issues that could be postponed until I returned and made the appointments for me before I departed. My family and I were extremely please and grateful for the professionalism and kindness.
As usual the staff are great, very helpful and understanding. I drive an extra 3 hrs to have my servicing done at Gander Hyundai. I loved the video update sent to me during my last servicing, showing the condition of the brake pads, keep up the good work, Kyle, Lloyd, Laura, Percy and everyone else!!!
